For most institutions, standard implementation takes 2-4 weeks. This includes data migration from your legacy systems, staff training, and configuring the platform to your specific workflows.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
No, Acadesx is exclusively a cloud-hosted SaaS platform. This allows us to push real-time updates, maintain 99.99% uptime, and provide our cutting-edge AI features without requiring you to manage complex local infrastructure.
Can parents access the system from their phones?
Yes. Acadesx provides responsive web portals and dedicated iOS/Android white-labeled applications for parents to check attendance, pay fees, and view report cards.
Data & Security
Who owns the data?
You do. Your institution retains 100% ownership of all student, staff, and operational data. We act solely as a data processor. You can export your full database at any time.
Is the data isolated?
Yes. We enforce strict tenant isolation with multiple layers of security to ensure that your data is completely separated from all other institutions on the platform. No cross-contamination is possible.
Billing & Pricing
What is included in the Free Basic Dashboard?
The free tier includes core student information management (SIS), manual attendance tracking, and basic staff profiles. It is designed to help small institutions digitize their records at zero cost.
Are there any hidden setup fees?
No. The Premium tier is a flat ₹15,000/year. If you choose to use our integrated online fee collection module, standard third-party payment gateway transaction fees will apply.
